1 – Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using https://www.rilna.net ("Website") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with every provision below, do not use the Website.

2 – Nature of the Service
Rilna is an online directory that enables professionals to discover, compare and review business and productivity software products. We are not a software reseller, licensing broker or agent of any vendor. We simply publish information so that users may research and contact software publishers on their own initiative.

3 – No professional advice or endorsement
All content is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, pricing, availability or suitability of any software product, and we do not endorse any specific vendor. Decisions about purchasing or implementing software are entirely your responsibility.

4 – Eligibility and user obligations
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to:

• provide accurate, current information in all forms;
• refrain from submitting false or misleading product listings or reviews;
• not scrape, copy, resell or exploit large portions of the directory without prior written consent;
• not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or otherwise disrupt the Website;
• not upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or unlawful.

We may remove content or suspend access we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive or illegal.

5 – Listings, reviews and ownership of content
Each software publisher retains ownership of its trademarks, logos and product materials. By submitting a listing or review you represent that you have the right to do so and you grant Rilna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content on the Website. Publishers may request modification or removal of their own product data by contacting us at listings@rilna.net; we will respond within a reasonable period.

6 – Intellectual property of the Website
All layout, graphics, software, texts and compilations created by us are our property or used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or adapted without our prior written consent except as permitted by law.

7 – Third-party content and links
The Website may contain links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8 – Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
