1 – Introduction
Rilna.net ("Rilna", "we", "our", "us") is an independent directory that helps professionals discover and compare business and productivity software products ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit or interact with https://www.rilna.net (the "Website"). If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Website.

2 – Information we collect
a) Account and contact data. When you create an account, submit a software product, leave a review or contact us, we receive information such as your name, e-mail address, organisation, role and any other details you choose to provide.
b) Content you submit. Product descriptions, screenshots, logos, reviews and comments that you upload may contain personal information that you voluntarily make public.
c) Technical and usage data. Like most online services we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited and the date/time of each request. Essential cookies are set for authentication and security. With your consent we also use analytics cookies to understand how the Website is used.

We never share personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

6 – Retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. Enquiries and related correspondence are stored for up to 24 months after your last interaction. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Aggregated analytics, which cannot identify you, may be kept indefinitely.

7 – Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy.
